Before the closing, before the filings, before the public-market outcome, there was a week inside the company.
Enter the documentaryThe reason for the trip
In January 2018, Monster Products was moving through a proposed transaction with Atlantic Acquisition II. Benny Doro went to Las Vegas as part of the acquisition team—not simply to see CES, but to get inside the company, understand its operation and examine the business behind one of consumer electronics' most visible brands.
Monster's public face was enormous: products, presentations, celebrities, music and a convention presence built to command attention. The other record was quieter—credentials, meetings, inventory, staff, warehouse shelves and the work of deciding what a transaction could become.
01 · Arrival
It was a small object with a large implication. The credential did not identify Benny as a visitor. It placed him inside the company whose future Atlantic Acquisition II was working to shape.
“We were about to become part of Monster Products.”— Benny Doro, original narration
02 · CES Opens
Inside the presentation theater, Monster showed the world what it wanted the world to see: invention, music, famous relationships and a founder who understood spectacle as a business asset.

What the room demonstrated
The presentations were not decoration around the business. They demonstrated Monster's ability to turn cables, headphones and electronics into cultural objects—then connect those objects to artists, venues and audiences.
The estimated cost of the CES presentation appears here only as Benny's recollection, not as a verified company expenditure.
03 · Inside Monster
The convention told one story. The warehouse told another. For an acquisition team, both records mattered.
This was where the visit became due diligence: rows of product, aging inventory, operating questions and the practical work that would follow a transaction.
Benny recalls being asked to help evaluate and eventually move a substantial quantity of older inventory. The photographs document the warehouse visit; dollar estimates and judgments in the narration remain attributed recollections.
04 · The Floor Opens
The next day, the machinery of attention was running: products, demonstrations, meetings, vehicles and a booth designed to make the brand unavoidable.
05 · Monster Takeover
Private rooms, performances and famous faces extended Monster's network beyond the convention hall. These images matter because they show how the company built attention and relationships—not because celebrity was the purpose of the week.
“Monster threw the best parties.”— Benny Doro
The parties were part of a larger brand system: artists gave the products cultural reach; live events turned introductions into relationships; the company kept performing after CES closed for the night.
06 · The Business
The photographs preserve what the process felt like while the future still appeared open. The filings preserve what happened next.
