### Sequence A — Moscow city and landmark photographs

**Files:** `img00302`–`img00324` except the later dining frames.

**Dates:** January 20–21, 2008.

The photographs show winter street scenes, illuminated historic buildings, the Kremlin walls and towers, Red Square-area architecture, Saint Basil's Cathedral, GUM, Cyrillic commercial signs, and views taken from a moving vehicle. Moscow is visually supported by the recognizable landmarks. These images document presence in the city but do not, standing alone, establish a Nucon-RF meeting or transaction.

**Confidence:** High for Moscow/Red Square-area location; low for business purpose.

### Sequence B — Private dining gathering

**Files:** `img00325`, `img00326`, `img00327`, `img00328`.

**Dates:** January 21–22, 2008.

Four photographs show a dining table and at least five adult men in conversation. No legible company logo, badge, agenda, contract, or location sign is visible. The images may relate to the trip, but the event and participants require identification.

**Confidence:** High for a shared dining gathering; unconfirmed for identities, location, and business purpose.

### Sequence C — Formal indoor meeting and Moscow travel

**Files:** `img00786`–`img00801`.

**Dates:** January 22–24, 2008.

`img00786` shows three men seated at a conference table with notebooks, cups, and two small desk flags carrying an indistinct emblem. This is the strongest visually supportable business-meeting photograph in the archive. The remaining frames show restaurants, Moscow night streets, Cyrillic signage, daytime streets, a church, and travel by automobile.

**Confidence:** High for a formal meeting in `img00786`; high for Moscow in several street frames; unconfirmed for organization, participants, venue, and purpose.

### Sequence D — New York transit and Grand Central Terminal

**Files:** `img00898`–`img00902`.

**Date:** February 5, 2008.

The photographs show several men on a subway car and inside Grand Central Terminal. The subway's English warning signage and Grand Central architecture identify this as a New York sequence, not a Russia sequence. Participant identities and the connection to NNRF remain unconfirmed.

**Confidence:** High for New York City transit/Grand Central Terminal; unconfirmed for identities and business purpose.

2. **`img00325_5091246855_o.jpg`** — clearest two-person dining frame; potentially useful once both participants and the gathering are identified.

1. Identify P1–P9, including company and role at the time.
2. Was Benny the photographer, or does he appear in any frame?
3. Identify the dining venue and purpose of the January 21–22 gathering.
4. Identify the three participants, venue, organization, and subject of the `img00786` meeting.
5. Identify the emblem on the two desk flags in `img00786`.
6. Confirm whether the Moscow frames document an NNRF/Nucon-RF trip and, if so, which meetings or companies they relate to.
7. Explain the February 5 New York sequence: arrival/departure, participants, and any connection to the Russia trip or NNRF business.
8. Confirm the camera clock/time zone. EXIF times are preserved as recorded and have not been normalized.
9. Identify any photographs showing an ATOLL, Nucon-RUS, Rosenergoatom, Atomstroyexport, FEECOM/BIECOM, or other known NNRF-related participant or site.

## Archival cautions

- The city and landmark images prove travel context, not corporate activity.
- A person appearing in a photograph is not assigned a title, employer, or transaction role without corroboration.
- The dining sequence is not characterized as a business meeting until identified.
- `img00786` is characterized only as a formal meeting; its institutional connection remains open.
- The February 5 photographs are indexed separately as New York because the visible environment supports that conclusion.
