PBS TV Host and “Minister of Culinary Awareness” Cliff Young (of the “Out To Eat” show) is organizing the Second Edition of the “Palm Springs Food Truck Festival” at the Spa Resort Casino in Downtown Palm Springs. It all happens on Saturday, October 27th.
