Vibrant Celebrity Chef Challenges Los Angeles Food Scene with Gourmet Food Truck Serving Southwestern Fusion Haute Cuisine

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--In-Fusion Truck, LA’s new standard in mobile gourmet fusion cuisine, will be launching for business in the energetic Los Angeles food truck craze featuring Southwestern Fusion with fan-favorites including “In Fusionada”, our delicious Slow Cooked Adobo Pork Topped with Avocado Crema, “Bloody Mary Taco”s and a soon to be an L.A. favorite, “In Salada” with Baby Spinach and Quinoa Salad with Oaxaca Cheese, Shimeji Mushrooms.

The gourmet food truck rage has taken over Los Angeles and In-Fusion Truck will be taking the lead by bringing high-end gourmet food to the customer with fast food prices. L.A.’s ultimate curbside dining experience, In-Fusion Truck will feature Southwestern Fusion Cuisine, with a focus on quality, fresh local-farm produce, the finest cuts of meats and sustainable daily-caught seafood under the creative eye of Chef Scott.

Chef Scott honed his skills with some of the greatest chefs on the planet including Bobby Flay, Wolfgang Puck and Carla Pellegrino while working with television shows including Top Chef Master’s and Iron Chef America. Then Chef Scott defined himself as a creative genius being a personal Chef to Elton John, Celine Dion, Dwayne (The Rock) Johnson and President Jimmy Carter.

And now Chef Scott, and his wife Deeanne who is an expert in the industry and a food and wine journalist, have perfected a menu that transgresses every other L.A. food truck by bringing high-caliber fusion to the neighborhoods of Southern California.

Benny Doro, a Wall Street Banker and Robin Cremeens of LLS Management Inc. are excited to have been working with Chef Scott and Deeanne in developing the concept. Mr. Doro has traveled the world for more than 25 years while touring with famous rock bands and developing international businesses. Never a person to stay in one place for more than a month, Benny feels the constant urge to travel and explore new cultures, while satisfying his thirst for developing new recipes.
